To withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 20 times the total bonus amount (20x wagering).
The wagering requirement must be completed within the specified time limit.
A member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

Certain games may have restrictions when playing with bonus funds.
Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
If anyone attempts to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed.
tk550 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on tk550 are operated under a fair play policy. Please follow the rules below while playing:

Taking advantage of any technical error or software bug is strictly prohibited.
If you have any objection to a game result, you must notify the support team within 48 hours.
The data stored on the game provider's server will be considered final.
A game result will not be voided due to a disconnection.

6.1 Sports Betting

Additional conditions may apply when betting on cricket, football and other sports. For betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and international cricket matches, the individual rules for each match will apply. 7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk550 and violation of these will result in account closure:

Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
Colluding with other members to attempt to defraud the platform.
Using hacking, malware or any other harmful technology.
Threatening, harassing or abusing platform staff or other players.
Operating an account on behalf of any person on a government or international sanctions list.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

tk550 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
Providing false or misleading information.
Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity.
Court order or direction from a legal authority.
The account remaining inactive for an extended period.

Before closing an account, tk550 will endeavour to notify the member where possible. However, in urgent circumstances an account may be suspended without notice.

Members may also contact the support team at any time to close their account. All applicable bonus conditions must be met and any eligible balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Limitation of Liability

tk550 will not accept any liability in the following cases:

Game loss due to internet disconnection.
Disruption to third-party services (payment gateways, internet service providers, etc.).
Technical issues with your device or software.
Loss resulting from sharing your account information with others.
Service interruption due to unplanned server maintenance or updates.

tk550 reserves the right to correct or cancel any bonus or winning amount displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. This decision will be considered final.

Step 3: With the consent of both parties, a resolution will be sought through mediation.

During the dispute resolution period, funds associated with the member's account may be temporarily placed on hold.

12. Changes to Terms

tk550 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes:

A notice will be published on the site at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the notice is published will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you will have the option to close your account.

In urgent situations (legal obligations, security risks, etc.), immediate changes may be made without notice.
